Thank you so much for everything you did for him. I’m truly grateful for how committed, caring and empathetic you were throughout his treatment, especially during his final days. I understand that people will complain about the waiting time but when you have a dying dog who needs urgent care, your clinic is always available. That means a lot to an owner who can’t bear to see his dear friend in pain. I will never forget that you were willing to stay till 1am to see my dog despite having your operating hours till 9pm only.

You treated him with so much kindness and compassion, and it meant a lot to us knowing that he was in the hands of someone who genuinely cared about his comfort and wellbeing. My 18 years old miniature schnauzer Fifi was unwell suddenly and we called several clinics near our house but no one could take her. Dr. Vanessa was willing to take her in as an emergency case. After a thorough check, she told us how serious was my dog's condition and applied appropriate measures to stabilise Fifi. She also helped facilitate the transfer to Beecroft by sending all reports and X rays promptly.
