As for fluoroscopy, it is a non-invasive test that uses an X-ray beam to pass through the body continuously to create moving pictures, allowing the doctor to see the movement of internal organs in real-time. Fluoroscopy is usually done to perform procedures such as treating urethral and colonic obstructive disease, contrast studies of the gastrointestinal tract, and performing minimally invasive fracture repair.
